Meet Rob

“Rob Roberts is an Australian basketball coach based in Victoria. Rob has experience coaching at both domestic and representative level from under 8’s boys and girls all the way through to Big V State Championships level for both men and women and also with the Victorian Ivor Burge Mens Program.
Rob’s true passion is player development, making each player who steps onto the court a better teammate, a better ball handler, a better shooter and most importantly a better person.

Rob works to provide skills training and valuable insight to all players of the game to achieve maximum results through a target personalised training approach. Rob believes in all players potential seeing each player as a rising star. Rob’s experience of coaching all ages and abilities, allows him to provide point of need coaching to each player which lifts players games from shooting, footwork, IQ, defence, and ball handling.

Players love to play the game of basketball and Rob works with players to give them the steppingstones to transition skill development into game situations. As the game of basketball evolves to include 3×3 experiences the FCC looks forward to its members challenging themselves in these varying competitive environments.”
